Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Revive Car and Pro Cleaning website and booking platform at revivecarandprocleaning.com. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Revive Car and Pro Cleaning provides mobile car detailing services in the Cary, NC area and surrounding Triangle communities within a 30-mile radius. We come to your location with all necessary equipment and supplies. Services are performed at your driveway, office parking lot, or apartment complex, provided there is access to a water source and power outlet.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are made through our website and paid at the time of booking via Stripe. By completing a booking, you agree to:

• Pay the full service price at the time of booking
• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
• Provide access to a water source and power outlet at the service location

Cancellation & Refunds

You can reschedule your appointment online at any time. To cancel, please call or text us. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment receive a full refund to your original payment method. For cancellations inside 24 hours, contact us and we will work out a refund or credit at our discretion, since the time slot is reserved for you.

Revive VIP Membership

Revive VIP is an optional annual membership you can add to a booking for $100 per year. By purchasing a Revive VIP membership, you agree to the following:

• Benefit: a 15% discount on detailing services for 365 days from the date of purchase. The discount applies to the service price only (not the membership fee or taxes) and may be combined with our multi-car discount but not with other promotional codes.
• One-time charge, no auto-renewal: the $100 fee is charged once and the membership expires 365 days after purchase. It does not renew automatically — to continue, you purchase a new Revive VIP membership.
• Shareable, with limits: the membership comes with a membership code you may share with family and friends. Across the membership year, the discount may be used at no more than 3 unique service addresses and for no more than 8 unique vehicles. Once a limit is reached, the discount no longer applies to additional addresses or vehicles.
• Refunds: you may cancel a Revive VIP membership for a refund. If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, the full $100 fee is refunded. After 30 days, we refund the unused portion of the year — prorated by the number of days remaining (for example, cancelling about halfway through the year refunds roughly $50; once the year is over, no amount remains to refund). A refund ends the membership immediately: the 15% discount stops applying. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Misuse: we may suspend or revoke a Revive VIP membership without refund if we reasonably determine the membership code is being used fraudulently or abused. Revive VIP is a discount benefit only — it is not prepaid service and does not guarantee appointment availability.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your appointment, including booking confirmation, appointment reminders, and cancellation notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by contacting us at (984) 242-7066. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Weather

If heavy rain or severe weather is forecast for your appointment day, we will reach out to reschedule at no additional cost. Light drizzle typically does not affect service, but we use our professional judgment and will communicate with you in advance.

Service Area

We serve locations within approximately 30 miles of Cary, NC. Your service address is verified during booking. If we cannot service your location, you will be notified before payment.

Tipping

After your service is complete, you will receive an email with an optional tip link. Tips are processed securely through Stripe and go directly to your detailer. Tipping is always optional and appreciated.

Limitation of Liability

Revive Car and Pro Cleaning takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions not caused by our service. If you believe our service caused damage, contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our booking platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
